  • Reformer with Barrel & Tower

    This is a contemporary STOTT PILATES Intermediate Pilates workout using the Arc Barrel, Tower, Matwork, and Reformer.

  • Reformer Strength Leg Focus-

    This fun 40 minute workout emphasizes the lower half but as always with Pilates it's really a total body workout. Using a set of heavier weights (10 lb +) along with a loop band and the reformer, you will gain muscular strength and endurance.
