This energizing 60-minute workout blends Reformer Pilates with strength training for a full-body burn. Improve core stability, build lean muscle, and enhance mobility through controlled, low-impact movement. You’ll move through flowing Reformer sequences and strength circuits using dumbbells or bodyweight, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and refreshed.
Equipment: Reformer, light/moderate weights, reformer, jump board, and loop band
All levels welcome.
