Using the principles of STOTT PILATES our warm up is designed to mobilize the spine and remind you of all the basics: Breathing, Pelvic Placement, Rib Cage Placement, Scapular Movement & Stabilization, and Head & Cervical Placement. If you are new to Pilates, make sure to spend some time learning the proper way to warm up the body before your workout begins.
