Keeping up with muscular strength and endurance is key to aging well. Using the resistance of the reformer like a moving mat and the weight of hand weights, this 30 minute workout checks all the boxes for strength training. If you haven't invested in a heavier set of weights (10 pounds plus) here is your sign. You will also need a loop band!
