    Get the most out of your STOTT PILATES V2Max Reformer with this total body flow. You will start with the reformer with the tower attachment then into Cadillac inspired exercises. Intermediate level.

  • Total Body Matwork Flow

    Total body workout inspired by Pilates. Equipment Needed: Mat and Hand Weights

  • Chair with Abdominal Focus

    Using the chair like a mini mat, you will be inspired from Pilates Matwork for the first part of the workout. From there we take it to the floor for bridges, back on the chair for side bends, swan dives, mermaids, pikes, and handstands! Intermediate level workout.
