  • Reformer Strength Leg Focus-

    This fun 40 minute workout emphasizes the lower half but as always with Pilates it's really a total body workout. Using a set of heavier weights (10 lb +) along with a loop band and the reformer, you will gain muscular strength and endurance.

  • Reformer Jumpboard Rotational Disc and Medicine Ball

  • Athletic Mat

    For this 40 minute mat workout, you will need a fitness circle and a pair of light and heavy weights (I'm using 2lb and 5lbs).
    Hip hinging, Foundation Training's decompression breathing, and Pilates inspired exercises on the mat for a full body workout.
