Align - a new class format to Studio 48 Pilates and Fitness now for My Daily Reform too! This 40 minute workout on the reformer incorporates Foundation Training principles into almost every exercise!

Slight audio glitch in a few scenes. The content was too good to discard! There's a few clips where my mouth and the words don't match 100%, fully aware! Just follow along and know that this is a homegrown production! I'm a Pilates instructor who is figuring out digital content :)
